You are welcome to come along to any of our celebration services or events. They are a great way to find out who we are and what we believe. Whether you've grown up going to church or have never been before and are curious, come along and find out more!
Morning Celebration at 10.30am every Sunday
Our morning celebration is relaxed and informal. There is contemporary music led by a live band of all ages. The first part of our service is spent worshipping God through songs and prayers. We run groups for children (including a crèche), teenagers and adults with learning difficulties (our B2gether group) during the second part. These are held in different parts of our building. If a member of your family or friends would like to attend one of these groups please ask a steward wearing an orange lanyard to show you the way. (Children need to be registered the first time they attend). Once the children, teenagers and B2gether friends have left the main church, the adults remaining receive Bible teaching, normally from one of our Pastors. This celebration normally lasts about an hour and 15 minutes, then we enjoy refreshments together. At the end there is an opportunity to receive prayer. We celebrate Communion together once a month and every few months we have baptisms.
Songs of Praise at 4pm on the first Sunday of every month
Songs of Praise is our quieter, shorter celebration for those who prefer a more traditional style of worship. The music includes traditional hymns and is normally organ or piano led along with singers. The Bible teaching is provided by a mix of our Pastors and others from our church community. There are refreshments afterwards - lots of homemade cake! Communion is celebrated every few months.
During the year we hold other one-off afternoon or evening celebrations. Some of our groups run these and we highlight these as they come up.
All of our celebrations take place in our building. Our Find Us page has our address and a map.
We record our Talks so you can easily catch up if you miss one!
